I bought a townhouse in their Center Street Townhomes development. My favorite place I’ve ever lived. Well built, excellent investment.

I used to live with my ex bf at a Charles Simms Development condo. The Condo itself is great. Great construction, great appliances, great condo for the price. However, we had a real issue with management. Especially Trina Stromberg. She would not answer phone calls, was rude would hang up. She said she will only answer emails. She was never at her desk. Emails would go unanswered for days. My ex bf was a homeowner - do they want customers are not? Why would you treat a paying customer who has spent so much of their hard earned money on their house in such a manner. Maintenance men -the painters that were sent to work on the house were very rude, wouldnt take their shoes off. I enjoy living in a Simms Development Condominium. Very good quality condos, very reasonable HOA ($50-$60/monthly), great neighbors, walking distance to all of Downtown Dayton amenities. Highly recommend Simms Development.

OPEN HOUSE in Oakwood:) It was like a mini MANSION with 5 bedrooms, 3 bath and a basement. Nice size backyard,2 car garage and adorable patio. When my daughter and I entered the crib we was welcomed by a nice man named Mr. Charles who asked if we wanted 2 see the last 2 minutes of the Cincinnati and Pittsburgh game and we said sure. Dirty D (Dalton) took a L from BEASTY Ben. After that we looked around the house,took pictures and videos:) There was a lady whose name I didn't get who told us about the year the house was made.
