Full disclosure, it is not often I provide a poor review. However, in this instance I am going to do so. I went and viewed (2) rental properties with Robert Reuter, he was late for both appointments in addition to providing me the wrong address for the 2nd one. The first apartment still had workers in the place was an absolute disaster. Trash and tools strewn everywhere and a refrigerator full of mold that was not going to be replaced. The 2nd had filthy carpet and black grout in the bathroom. I then went and paid the $50 application fee and was told I’d be contacted in 48 hours. 2 days came and went and I heard nothing. I then proceeded for 2+ weeks to call for Robert only to be told he was out of the office. Call after call it was one excuse after the next. After 19 days I finally trac

I give bad reviews where I think they are warranted and good where they are warranted. I look for people and companies with whom I work so as to be able to say something about services, customer service, individuals with in the company. I was so very shocked when I searched for Charles Rueter, Inc and found a review so negative. In 1992 Robert Rueter showed me five places and I settled on one. I have been in the same location now for 22 years. I can't say enough good things about Reuters. They have been responsive to any questions/problems/concerns I may have had over the years. I have sent several of my friends/neighbors to them and they all come back to me with raving reviews about the staff and the care that was taken of them. They do not appreciate good paying tenants. When a Maitanance issue occurs they are quick to tell you they will get to the bottom of it and never follow up with you. It’s really frustrating this will be my last year renting from them. I cannot deal with the lack of unprofessional service I receive as a good tenant. It’s not right and it’s poor customer service!!! Good tenants are hard to come by!

Had an excellent experience buying a home with them three years ago. They helped me find financing and and an excellent home inspector. I use them for my insurance and I get my taxes done with them every year. They do it all! I even just picked up my Christmas tree from them as well! 🎄
