Avoid Charles Rappa Real Estate. Rent is cheap for the area, but it is not worth the many headaches you will receive. Dave Rappa, John Sutton, and Janet Palermo are three of the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. For three years, they allowed a single tenant at Ramblewood to systematically harass half of this complex with her drama that was often fueled by alcohol. John Sutton threatened us for years with eviction simply for asking that they do their job and mitigate an unruly tenant who had people living with her illegally. So many neighbors had called on this one person, it became a running joke in the complex. Their excuse was that they didn't want to be sued, well too late for that now! I CANT SPEAK FOR ANYONE ELSE BUT WHEN I NEEDED HELP THE MOST I GOTTEN IT FROM A BUNCH STRANGERS IN OFFICE WHO CAME THROUGH AT THE LAST ,MIN DOWN TO A SECOND. PROVIDED ME WITH A SAFE PLACE WITHOUT QUESTION OR JUDGMENT. YOU DONT GET THAT TO OFTEN IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN I APPRECIATE THEM MUCH. IMTHANKFUL!

I've been renting from Rsppa for 7 yrs. If I have an issue they fix it immediately and the staff is really great. Never had any problems with them. I even repainted the entire house ( my husband and I own a painting company and a gutter cleaning business).
