I find the Owner/Manager to be very shady. Maybe by accident...but he listed a property 38 Park Avenue which had many issues NOT LISTED IN THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT...Cracked foundation, MOLD(note walls newly painted probably covering more mold), and other minor things all in the basement. The home seems like it's a relatives so he was a POA and isn't fully liable for lying. Honest mistake? Nope I called him out on the issues and he played them off as nothing. As if I should not even worry about it. Thank God for inspections!

Working with Jeff is always great. He is punctual and precise. He also is very patient through the home buying process. Highly recommend!

Ask for connie shnetzka wonderful person to work with i totally recommend she has lots of years knoledge and shows it pretty damn good!!
