I've been renting with them since July last year. When we moved into the building its been ridiculous no one mentioned that our A/C and electricity was split between three different offices. Our A/C for half the office is controlled from another office! They sent a vendor to fix and in the process we lost our heat! It's super cold and I've been forced to be heating units. Now this past week my electricity for half the office is out and there's no way to fix because it's not controlled within our unit. Elise from maintenance hung up in my face because she refuses to help us and I pay rent on time. I would love for you all to fix this situation so my employees and myself con focus and our daily task. This has all been a big inconvenience, but yet you want us to rent on time.

This is the worst office I've ever had to deal with. The management is the biggest issue with this place. Half the office is without power and its been days. Awful dealing with their staff do not rent from them. ]=

The unit was no where close to be move in ready. Water leak, exposed wires and electric outlet, black mold in drywall and ceiling insulation, and holes in the metal back walls. Completely blew me off regarding my complaint about it did not do anything to fix the issues and kept my money and refused to refund my deposit. And to top it all off writhing a few days of me discussing the fact I cannot move in due to the issues and requested my money to be refunded they had their lawyer send me a letter stating I am not getting a refund and to basically deal with it. They even asked me to go sit in the unit when it was raining to tell them where the leak was coming from.

Unbelievably terrible service and attitudes. I rented an office from them for 2 years, always paid on time. I left the office on March 31 of this year, and expected to receive my deposit back in about 30 days. Repeated phone calls by me to them resulted in promises that were never kept. I was told that my check was in the mail on 6/24. When I called today to ask where it was they said it was sent yesterday. When I asked why the delay, no answer, just oh well, and that is how it is. Unbelievable.

I leased a space from this company for two years. When I moved my business into the unit I contacted the property management to ask if the carpets had even been cleaned because they looked so bad. I also told them that there were several places where the paint on the walls was chipped or peeling. I wanted them to be aware of these things so that it didn't create a problem in getting my deposit back when I left the space. I took pictures and documented the interactions. During the time I was there the building had two water leaks that damaged my products, I paid for repairs on the air conditioning unit, I replaced a faulty light fixture and removed the damaged window tint film, all at my own cost.
