⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Place I’ve Ever Stayed! Charlemagne Apartments have truly been the best place I’ve ever lived. From day one, Noelle and Karen have gone above and beyond as managers. They genuinely care about their community and do everything they can to support their residents. Is it perfect? No place is—but the way they handle challenges makes all the difference. I lived here for about a year and unfortunately fell behind on my payments. Even then, the staff worked with me every step of the way with kindness and understanding, and I’ll always be grateful for that. The property itself is quiet, reasonably priced, and in a super convenient location—close to schools, shopping, and hospitals. This place is horrible what ever you do live anywhere else but here there are cars that get broken into, roaches that never go away and are everywhere no matter how much you try to get rid of them, also one of the maintenance workers lived above me and hit mar car while he was drunk and then the manager moved him the next day. The manager is just rude and disgusting cussing at people and has no common decency. The manager is just as nasty as the apartments are. And for some reason they put families with children upstairs who stomp and stomp on the floors and there’s nothing management will do about it they only care when it’s a problem for them. It's a shame to see the bad reviews I lived here in 1986 and it was a clean complex absolutely no roaches and well maintained

This apartment complex is actually not that bad! We are at the end of our first 6 month lease here and here are a few of the highlights: $950 for a decent size two-bedroom - with $90 of the electric paid. Have had only one maintenance issue. It was fixed the very next day. Actually, our apartment (inside) is better structurally than my friend who pays $1090 at Isola Bella. Our apartment had new all black appliances when we moved in. During the summer, our A/C kept the apartment at 65 everyday! The grounds are not littered with trash everywhere. They have come and sprayed every month. Karen and the other office lady are super nice and very understanding. You can even text them and they get right back to you. I actually feel safe here. I don't know many of my neighbors but getting home about

Have been here about 5 months now.. when something breaks they come and fix the issue that same day.. at first I use to see roaches but have not seen them in a couple months.. they have been on top of keeping it sprayed.. a few people told us not to move here cos how Bad it is but it really isn't bad except all the junk other people keep outside..
