Out of desperation and need to complete a job ASAP for permitting purposes, we hired this “company”. Chuck talks himself into circles, circumventing real issues and convoluting every detail of the project. He tried to surprise bill us for “floor protection” to the tune of several hundred dollars, as he claimed that we suddenly laid hardwood floors after their quote. I was easily able to provide dated screenshots and contractor invoices showing the floors were installed months before they ever showed up to our house. When is drywallers simply didn’t patch or texture a square foot hole in our bathroom wall (but were responsible for the entire bathroom), he claimed the hole might not have been there. I could easily confirm it was there for many months prior through dated screenshots. The

Some of the guys who worked on our project were wonderful and very skilled. Others, not so much and took short cuts. More direct supervision would likely improve quality. Many things needed to be re-done. Mentionable employees that were helpful: Eric, Francisco, Rambo, Michele
