Chapman Pointe Apartments

Ever since the day, my daughter and I moved to Chapman point, katherine and Taylor have been extremely professional and extremely helpful And have went out of their way on multiple occasions to make sure my daughter and i made a smooth transition into our new place shanice and Anthony even made sure I had a jump to start my car so I could go to work the other day can’t say enough about this group of people we love it here and love the family environment

They made the move in process seamless. I have moved 6 times in the last 5 years and this has been one of the best move in experiences I've had so far.

Terri, the manager, is a slumlord. She will act all nice and fine until you decide you no longer want to live in these poorly taken care of apartments. I went 9 months with my bathtub being almost unusable. Not only that, but this complex doesn't let you hang the American flag (against the law) and will not make reasonable accommodations for service dogs (also against the law). Live here if you want a garbage landlord. I warned you.

Cannot express how grateful I am to have selected Chapman Pointe for my first apartment. Katheryn has been INCREDIBLE. She is so helpful, responsive and so caring! Can’t forget about Wiley! He has also been so helpful and kind. It’s nice knowing there’s a team of people who really do care about you and just want to make your experience the very best! They are so friendly and I am so thankful for that. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! MANAGEMENT KATHERYN HAS NO RESPECT FOR TENANTS OR TENANTS' HOME. THIS MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE FIRED, REPLACED OR REMOVED. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE WHEN COMPLAINTS ARE MADE. JUST SMILES AND SAYS SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT MOST LIKELY BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT LIVE HERE AND DOES NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. NEVER TAKES CARE OF IT. I HAVE LIVED IN 5 APARTMENTS IN MY 40 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE BULLSHIT THAT I DEAL WITH FROM THIS LADY. I PAY MY RENT ON TIME AND I DO NOT BOTHER ANYONE. I AM GLADLY MOVING OUT AND I HOPE SHE NEVER RENTS ANOTHER APARTMENT.
