So let me tell yall from experience I dealt with Mrs. Henny Wilhelm at Chapman Hall Professional in suwanee ga.. she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for she always willing to go with you anytime to see and make sure the home is for u. She's understanding and doesn't try to talk over you and she offers her advice. Henny is a wonderful realtor She's always available to talk to you about a home and very patient. Henny goes over and beyond and I would recommend her to the world because she's just that GOOD. I scheduled an appointment to view a rental and showed up on time. However, the realtor, Mr. Harris, was not present. When I called him, he informed me that he wasn’t coming and that the current tenant would show me the property instead. I waited outside for nearly 25 minutes and never got to see the property. The communication was poor throughout the process. A realtor's professionalism directly impacts the perception of a listing, and unfortunately, this experience reflected very poorly on it.

We have installed kitchen cabinets in the middle of construction here. We had some small issues and we wanted to schedule a day with John and Jess many times because they didn't make full payment. Not to pay the remaining balance he didn't schedule a fixture day. I am putting a lean on the property tomorrow morning. And John is very disrespectful. Also he says he paid the money through a link (we don't have a link for payment) and we asked him to send us reciept, he never did. He says he is always in a meeting and will call us back, ne never does. Everything is in text messages in my phone.
