Chapel Ridge West

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. Sarah J Management is always friendly and welcoming, and you can genuinely tell she cares about the residents and the community. It doesn’t feel transactional, it feels personal, which makes a big difference. Maintenance has also been great. Ceegan is excellent at what he does and always handles my repair requests quickly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to know that when something needs attention, it gets taken care of without a long wait. Overall, I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism here.

Chapelridge is a pet- and kid-friendly apartment complex. The management team truly does their best to work together to make sure residents are in a safe environment. They offer a food pantry on the property, as well as a clothes closet for anyone in need—whether it’s for work, school, or just because you may need it. Everything is right there on the property. They also host one of the best Crime Free events every year. The event includes a DJ, many different vendors, and helpful community resources. My favorite parts are the prizes and getting to meet new neighbors who have moved in. With that being said, if you’re looking for a place that is nice, pet-friendly, and kid-friendly, Chapelridge West would be the place for you.

Sara and staff are amazing. I have lived here 3 years now and have been so happy with all they offer not only in a safe clean environment. But all of the wonderful family fun activities thru the year. I highly recommend Chapel ridge west to anyone.

Ms. Sara the property manager and the leasing staff is amazing! I've lived here for about 6 years! Ms.Lindsey with supportive services is always willing to help.! Such a great sense of community.

This place is horrible to rent from the police won’t do anything either. I had a football thrown at my windshield on purpose and I knew who did it the office and police did nothing about it. Also have $500 of car damage I’ve endured in the past two months. I ended up moving. Also weed smoking and drugs there. Management Sara doesn’t care She even told me if you live here expect your car to get damaged. I would not recommend this place to anybody even on my worst enemy
