Chapel Commons

If you’re looking to rent from this community, I would deter you in every which way their rental company is awful when DHR Horton sold this community to this vendor. It has been horrendous. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t call the exterminator when they should. I’ve rented from them for three years. If I was you, I would go somewhere else they’re overpriced and not worth the money.

I have been a resident for almost two years. My experience has been great. The staff specifically Ashley has always been respectful, kind, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Whether it was a question about the property or a maintenance issue, she were approachable and responsive. It has made a big difference knowing there is someone that really care about the residence and quality of property. Thank you Ashley, Highly recommend!

Ashley and Drake have been so amazing with my moving process. They have answered all my questions and did it with a smile and kind words. This is my first place on my own and they have made everything so smooth! I couldn’t have done it without them. Chapel Commons is such a peaceful, quiet, and clean neighborhood. I am very pleased with it so far. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new place.

I dealt with Drake. He showed us around, told us about the property and how things work. Made things super easy to understand and made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. Anytime we had questions he was able to help us quickly. On the days he wasn’t available Ashley was someone we could turn to, also very friendly and helpful. They both made the WHOLE experience very smooth and easy.
