Chapawu Properties

This company is absolutely terrible!! I stayed at this property back in May. After checking in I called them to let them know that the bottom floor closet smelled like mildew and none of the sockets were working. We literally was in the room all of 8 hours to sleep then checked out. We never brought food or anything into the house we just slept. Well the day after we checked out they sent photos of these heavily soiled linens saying that I owed them $80. In the picture The linens were on a concrete floor with stickers on them with numbers. They were so dingy looked like sheets that had never been washed before. After explains there was no way I could have done this they explain they would talk to house keeping and get back with me. No one ever did. So I mad a dispute with my bank and after

So much fun and laughter this weekend in our B&B. The House was located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood right across from a taqueria! We enjoyed seeing the San Antonio Tower every night, most importantly everything was nice and clean! We're definitely booking again!

Danger! Danger! Thease people are as crooked as they come. I went into contact to sell my home for 60k then we decided to keep it and signed a termination and release contract that they never filed. Months later I got offered 120k and decided to sell but they never filed the termination. Now they want $8500 to release my home. Horrible people. Please do not even attempt to do business with these people. Now I have to sue them.

Chapawu was truly helpful. I secured my new place in TX very seamlessly, thanks to their efforts. Their staff is so professional and prompt, plus the price is reasonable!

Where's my 920.00 that Mae took for Deposit. on November 2nd 20/20 and then rented the apartment and didnt get my money back to me whatch your money people. she will keep your money and you won't get it back unless you take her to civil court
