Well, to us Chanel is an angel. We started to have phone contact with her on October 2025. My husband and I we were selling our house in Massachusetts and we were planning to move to Kingman AZ. We talked to her about what we wanted and she found our forever home. She was and still available for us in the process to find the house and to make us feel welcomed here. Chanel started working with us about 4 months before we placed our house on the market. We asked her to look over our house and give us her ideas as to what we needed to do in order to get a good price quickly.
