Chandler Ridge Apartments

Doing a service request is completed in a timely madder but the area around the buildings are not being kept up. People are smoking outside but are leaving the buts in the yard and they're coming from other buildings and smoking. The office staff is doing a good job. I have no complaints. They have been very pleasant and respond to our questions in a good amount of time.

Our experience visiting Chandler Ridge Apartments was great. The staff there were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all our questions we had. You could really sense that Shavonna and Neah are there to serve everyone in their community and be there for those that are trying to find a place to live. They have great amenities to offer their residents and are in a great location.

I put in my service request after 5:00 yesterday and they came this morning. My issues were addressed, they solved all the problems in my master bathroom. The electrical issues were noted and a change of breakers is in progress. My window is being replaced. This happened in a hurry. They fixed the problems in less than an hour. I am pleased by the efficiency and knowledge of the maintenance team. These guys know what they are doing and are great at what they do. I couldn't be more satisfied.
