Chandler Park Apartments

This complex has a great curb appeal, but constant problems once you move in. Since day one, I’ve dealt with ongoing issues: stained mirrors, a fridge with an unreliable ice maker, and a strange odor in the apartment. The office staff pretend to be friendly but become dismissive if you raise too many concerns. Roaches are also a problem. Instead of addressing resident issues, management seems more focused on finding reasons to add charges. Worse yet, problems in the community go unresolved—there’s little to no security, tire thefts have occurred, the playground has been taped off for long time, and old air conditioning units are left sitting around the property.

Excellent service and support received from the team at Chandler Park Homes, especially Antony and Elezabbelle. They’ve been very helpful and made the move smooth . The location is fantastic, and the apartments are clean and well-kept. I’m very satisfied and grateful for the great work your team does.

I’m very grateful for the Phenomenal leasing staff here at Chandler Park today. While inside of the front office it was very warm and inviting. They were very helpful in giving me the information I needed and took the time in answering all my questions on how to renew my lease here.

Beautiful property and very well maintained. The apartments are modern and clean, and the amenities are a huge plus. The staff has been welcoming and helpful from day one. Truly feels like home.
