I just moved here and I am very happy. The staff in the office are very nice, and I have been so impressed with "Gemma's dedication to her tenants. She is always checking in, respectful of privacy and goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. She is incredibly concerned with the safety and comfort of her tenants, she's taking personal interest in ensuring the property feels like true home rather than just a rental. Gemma, is really proactive and truly listens to concerns. She takes the time to understand needs and addresses maintenance issues with speed and empathy its rare to find such a compassionate, hands-on landlord like Gemma.

Helped me get into a home, very accommodating, friendly staff, maintenance tasks handled in a timely manner and maintenance have good communication with the work orders for clarity when they weren’t sure. Still new to the community, but so far I’m very happy and grateful to them for the easy move in process. Looking forward to my time staying here! Thank you to Asia and Stacy!

It’s been 14 months since I moved here from San Antonio, TX. I just want to acknowledge continued great service from a Particular Agent that I’ve been dealing with since day one. Gemma made my move from out of State so easy. She was friendly, patient, and provided all the info I needed in a timely manner. Truly a 5-Star Experience.
