Chandelier Apartments

My family members have lived here for quite a while and really enjoy it. They love the interaction with the staff and like the area and feel safe. We love the pool the most! We have no plans to move them any time soon and would highly recommend.

The management is worst and rude to talk. The above pics show how well they give the apartment to move in. I saw all dead roach stuck on the walls , blood stains, yellow stains in most corners, electric stove not working. No maintenance response at home all. Asking them to clean the place more than once they start yelling. Highly not recommended! The management is soo bad that each call I received different information about receiving my apartment keys from different person working there. Not helpful, infact they make the situation worse difficult even after mentioning I am moving from California. One says that I can have my friend pick up the keys if I have everything paid and submitted all docs and the other person Rickey Lee next days says that can’t be done but will try and makes me w

Amazing office staff Terri, Ricky and Giselle are such a delight to be around. They care and work hard to keep the property running smoothly. Ben and his maintenance team are also nothing short of incredible! ☺️

The corners of the apartment have yellow stains, roaches dead and blood stains on the wall and few dead roaches stuck on wall, the patio door doesn’t close properly cold air always comes in and no use of turning heater on. Any maintenance request takes weeks to get any response. They just have one person for maintaining the entire complex and the response is very slow. Management is rude to talk if asked for any request to be taken care of.
