Chancery Village Apartments and Townhomes

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs. I really haven't had any real problems. Occasional loud walking on top being on 2nd floor. The valet trash was replaced by a better company than the old one. The staff is genuinely nice, friendly and knows every resident name. HOW??? It's amazing! They have resident gathering that are nice when im able to make them due to my wrk hrs. Relatively clean complex minus the cardboard area with ppl not breaking down boxes like asked to. Overall, Im quite satisfied but I will be moving to downsize and have a little more affordable rent.

Great place to live.. In the 2nd year of Chancery Village Apartments, we feel at home. Apartments with different layouts,suitable for all family sizes. Professional and friendly management with responsive staff for any maintenance or service request. Throughout year leasing office ensures that residents are engaged and having fun during various activities. The community is well maintained and amenities like the gym, swimming pool,party venue ,dog park and car wash area are available. Overall it's friendly,quite community and with memorable stay. Surrounding area is beautiful and convenient for every day living.Walking friendly all year with scenic views in different seasons. Have a look how it feels to be in Chancery Village Apartments. We liked to live here. Nice pool and clubhouse, unit was bright and clean. And their small playground was very useful for our toddler) The only issue we had sometimes - night cockroach visits 🙄(bathrooms). although I know it could periodically be in all complexes in NC. Absolutely no problems with moving out. Very friendly staff. We have a lot of good memories about time living there.

We have been staying at Chancery for close to two years now and it's been absolutely pleasure staying. Have good amenities like gym and pool are maintained well. Leasing conducts engaging events and the staffs are more than a family. Leasing office hear all your queries and address the requests. Naturally the apartments is situated well closer to groceries, theatres and schools. A community that provides peaceful environment for your living.

The reviews for here are very misleading. I would give 0 stars if I could. First day of move in the floor was dusty, painting was horrendous, drains were clogging, dusty ceiling fans, dusty blinds. It was clear that they didn’t clean the apartment after the previous tenant moved out. The faucets were corroded and one of the maintenance guys said well it’s not leaking so he’s not going to change it. Eventually it was changed after I raised the concern of moisture getting into and under the cabinets and attracting bugs. Then the next thing was roaches. Roaches in my dishwasher, bathroom counter, kitchen, balcony. Pest control was sent and traps were provided but I still do deal with bugs and I don’t think that’s going away. Now, it’s noisy neighbors. I hesitated mentioning it to the office t
