My experience at this complex was terrible from start to finish. The roach problem is constant — no matter which floor you live on. Even after multiple pest control treatments, we were never able to get rid of them, and it made living there extremely uncomfortable. The property is poorly maintained. There is dog poop everywhere, and it felt like no one enforced any rules. The gates were almost never closed, so the “gated community” claim was meaningless. Trash regularly piled up outside, creating bad smells and a dirty environment. We also had a major issue with flooding. Every time it rained, water pooled right at our front door, creating a huge puddle we had to wade through just to get inside. Maintenance never fixed it, and we eventually had to put down our own sandbags to prevent wat

My AC was down for 2 days and I called the emergency line. No one called no one showed up but they marked my request as closed. This is unacceptable. You can tell the maintenance supervisor and his team don’t care! They are just there to collect a check and if the property manager cared about the community and the residents things would be better here. I was going on vacation and my dryer wasn’t working. They told me I need to go to the laundromat. I pay my rent and when things aren’t working I expect service. Now if I move out they will understand it’s due to poor customer service and no urgency in my maintenance request. Maintenance supervisor should be ashamed of the lack of service. I've been here 4 plus years and I have seen this place completely Fall Apart. One of the maintenance men came into our home unannounced, took all our clothes out of the washing machine and put all the clothes into an old one and left the apartment without leaving a work note or anything. We never knew they were inside. That is an invasion of privacy and should be taken serious. I Have addressed this with Colton , the property manager , who seems to not really care about the actual issues but just to put a Band-Aid over everything. He never called to follow up about the violation of privacy and has demonstrated zero intentions on confronting or dealing with this matter. Choosing this apartment was one of my best decisions. At first, I valued its walking distance to the school where I teach, but I soon discovered so much more. The calm community, lake view from my bedroom, and well-maintained amenities make living here truly enjoyable. I especially appreciate the pool, gym, and the safe spaces for evening walks. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the community app makes everything simple and efficient. With Publix and other shops nearby, daily living is very convenient. This place offers not just comfort but a real sense of home, whether for individuals or families. I highly recommend it.
