I would give it 0 stars if I could. They will put 100 pound dogs on top of your unit and act annoyed when you complain about said dog running around and jumping even up to 2 and 3 in the morning!!! They also have roaches and centipedes and wood lice. They don’t care about the well-being of their residents and don’t even offer genuine concern for your issues. They also have rotting wood which explains the creaking and random bugs. Elizabeth the office manager is cold and callous if you have multiple complaints. She acts as if you’re a nuisance rather than really using her power to advocate for you. I know the space and windows are enticing and it is safe but don’t be fooled. If I could, I would rate this property in the negative. I have had issues since the day I picked up keys. My apartment was no way near ready or livable when I moved in. The esthetic of the place gives what appears to look like a dump site or outside storage for people to put whatever they want outside. It's totally embarrassing. Maintenance ignores emergency calls which is totally unacceptable. There are hot water issues that the office staff and maintenance ignore during the winter months. MY washing machine has been broken for over a week. The list goes on. Don't even waste your time trying to look at the photos on the website, because it is FALSE MARKETING. I have been here two years. The staff has been great and I haven’t had many issues. The pool used to be loud and I stay right next to so at times it’s loud. But since November we have been having problems with the water pressure and hot water. I haven’t had not had hot water for almost a month. It’s lukewarm but not hot enough to disinfect my clothes or to clean with or have a hot shower after my long day at work. And on the cold cold days the water is not hot. And the water pressure has been extremely low. I am not sure what is happening I have put in several maintenance requests.
I have lived here for six months and the Management team, Office staff, and Maintenance team here really work hard to ensure you have a comfortable place to call home. The grass is always mowed, the bushes are always trimmed, and they are fresh flowers, plants and even a little butterfly garden. I really enjoy living here 😊
The property has sidewalk floods, bugs, and mold issues. Not just this but multiple amenities have been reported to be unsafe or not in working conditions in which management states that they are addressing them but it has been months. The light sockets aren’t properly installed, the bathtub isn’t level, and the property is riddled with trash everywhere. It took 3 emails for them to pick up a a full bottle of glass. Overall the communication level is astoundingly terrible. I have had to personally remind the office to send out reminders or update them on concerns due to the lack of responsibility. When a member of your community reaches out stating that it is an unsafe place for them to live you provide a detailed plan, timeline, and execution of said plan. None of which have happened. We
