After becoming empty nesters my husband and I decided it was time to relocate from the home we had loved for 23 years and start a new chapter. We were lucky to find a fantastic realtor who put us in touch with Champion Builders. From start to finish the team at Champion made the experience seamless. I wanted to write a quick review for Champion Builders. I am a realtor on the South Shore and have dealt with many builders. The whole vibe of this company is very laid back and customer friendly. They have an amazing product that sells itself because of their attention to detail and craftsmanship. Their homes are not cookie cutter and their connection to both their client and the realtor is one I have yet to experience until now. We met with the owners son Paul. Paul is kind and knowledgeable and put my nervous buyers fears of building a new home at ease. I wanted to wait to write this review at least a year into living in my new home, and to be honest, I don’t have anything negative to say about the home buying process with Champion, the speed in which the project was done (~5-6 months), and overall design of our house. There were two or three minor fixes that needed to be done after a year (consistent with new builds and the settling process) and the Champion team scheduled a time with no issues to come do the fixes. We worked with Tom and Sarah the entire time and their message was consistent in that they just want to see their customers happy with where they live and what they purchased. If there was something that needed fixing, they never fought us on it. We were also in the middle of having our first child when closing on this house

Champion Builders completed our new build in September 2021. Our project started in February 2021. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to build the house/keep our project on track! We needed to be out of our house by mid September and we were able to move into our house with no issues. Paula was amazing to work with helping pick tile selections for the house. She has a great eye! We get so many compliments on the finishes inside the house and we are looking forward to spending many years in our new home!
