Do Not do business with this Man or his Company ! Terrible business practices ! They sell rundown houses with tons of issues ! They don't care about the customer and only looking to profit ! Edit: Champ has done business with me. Now he has resorted to lying to cover up his bad business practices. Please Stay away from this business.
This man is a complete scam artist. He Conned my family into a terrible house with multiple issues including foundation and insulation within the house. I wouldn't be doing my duty as a human being if i didn't warn anyone else. He's only looking to profit off of you.
They really care about their customers and work very hard for them!
