A very special friend that I advocate for just recently moved into Chambers. This community of senior living demonstrates a bevy of friendly and pleasant residents which was evident before the lease was even signed. The professionalism and overall kindness of the office manager, Jeannette, eased what in other like situations might have been anxiety driven. Just knowing that Jeannette is there in the office brings me relief that my friend is not only in a spectacular new home, but also that staff members like Jeannette are never too far away. Chambers Point has been such a blessing. My mom applied exactly a year ago on the day Jeannette called us back asking if we were still interested. We of course said yes and my mom has been enjoying her time there since! From the time we came to apply to present day, Jeannette has been wonderful. Communication has been great, and her kind and welcoming ways have been so appreciated. Hector has also been kind and welcoming when we’ve bumped into him. My mom is primarily Spanish speaking and I’ve helped her with so much throughout the years, Jeannette gave me and my mom some peace of mind with her thoughtfulness and help during this transition. I have lived at Chambers Point almost 10 years. It is an absolutely beautiful community. Hector, our maintenance person and Jeannette, the on site office Mgr make sure it is pristine! Jeannette is proactive and always willing to listen to suggestions and feedback. If there is a maintenance issue Hector is there almost immediately. I looked at a number of Senior Living communities before choosing Chambers Pointe and this is hands down the best in Charlotte. The amenities are great! We have a beautiful library/ reading room, great community room, nice outside porch with rocking chairs, wooded area in the back, walking trail, and great neighbors! As a bonus we are walking distance of restaurants, the movie theatre, grocery store, gas, the YMCA, banks, etc. I love calling this place HOME!

What a great place this has been for my dad. Jeannette the property manager was so helpful whenever we needed her. Thank you to all for a great two years.
