Joseph is the property manager here. During my time living here, and even afterward, there have been nothing but positive changes. Before he took over, the streetlights were out, making the area dark and unsafe. Joseph had that issue resolved in a timely manner. The management team has been attentive to every maintenance request I’ve submitted. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the management and their excellent communication whenever any problems arose.

I went to visit someone and entering the complex was sad. Trash was everywhere, complex looked very unkept. I understand that tenants are possibly responsible for the excess trash, however, their rent is too high to live surrounded by trash. There should be cameras to capture those that do this and consequences as well. Why punish good tenants because others are filthy? Also the maintenance issue I saw just as a guest in someone's apt was awful and it was things beyond a tenants control.

I strongly advise people not to rent an apartment here. Choosing this place has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. This place does not feel like a proper apartment at all. I recently moved in, and there are many serious maintenance issues that have still not been fixed. The air conditioner is not working properly, the A/C vents do not close, the window blinds are broken, the refrigerator and stove are not working, the shower is not functioning properly, the bathroom exhaust fan does not work, and the carpet was not even replaced or cleaned. My toddler and I are suffering because of these conditions. The management lady keeps saying “I understand,” but no real action has been taken to fix the problems.
