THIS COMPLAEX IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVEN THE MOST PRIORITIZE THINSG ARE NOT TAKEN CARE OF. I had someone attempt to break into my apartment I’ve done told the managers multiple times and there nothing but useless they told my wife 4-430 Friday someone would fix out door but Nope They left us all weekend with another possible to get robbed cold air to come in in the winter and do nothing to prioritize the dafter for my family after a this happens the two lady in front Nikki and the half man looking lady with blonde hair are absolutely trashy. I called and they hung up on me and there nothing coaperating with police orders to fix my door this is my door after a Friday of being ignored now all weekend we have to worry about somone coming into our home!

Apartment complex protects people who vandalize people’s personal property because they are too scared to confront residents of their own bad behavior. Our car was vandalized and multiple people stated one resident was responsible for the matter who has been an issue in the past to other people. Nothing has been done, no notice was sent out, no mass email about respect to peoples things was even done. We filed a police report and the officers agreed this was harassment. We have to do their jobs when trying to get to the bottom of an issue that created a hostile living environment for us and others in the complex. They try and make it look good by the pictures but this place is TERRIBLE. Washer broke took them a month to replace. Dryer broke took them over a month to replace. AC unit from upstairs window unit leaking down into apartment. Took them forever to fix. Why are they not fixing the central air and replacing them with window units?? It's cheaper to do it this way that's why. Everything in the apartment is out dated. They do yearly inspections but never updated anything. They don't care anything about the tenants that have been there. They only care about trying to bring in new tenants.Trash bins always overflowing except for when they are first emptied. Bottom line is they don't care about anything except collecting the VERY HIGH PRICE RENT which keeps going up every year. It's a shame that

The apartments are both spacious and contemporary (be sure to apply for the renovated unit). I have been a resident since 2020, and this is my second time residing here. I can confidently say that this management team is the BEST we have ever had! Thank you, Michelle and Team, for everything you do.

Been here for about a month now everything is really good staff was helpful. My apartment was very clean when I did the tour no complaints from my unit, neighbors and everyone just do their own thing, parking is fine as well. I do notice improvements being made and worked on so that's always a plus to see. They have a pool its about 5 feet or so with two grills and a playground for kids. I've talked to some people who also live here very nice people. They do have a gym it's little small but good equipment for what you need to do. They put a lot of care into the complex mowing and spraying for bugs weekly. Maintenance team is very efficient you put a request in they come pretty much the next day or so to resolve your issue.
