Refused to take accountability for their properties. Over the past 6 months: My neighbor at THE HARDIN has stolen my packages, I have it on video and they refuse to help even though my leases promises me a SAFE living situation. This is not safe if the same neighbor who deals drugs has people in and out risking my personal safely. I’ve come home late at night to drug addicts outside my door waiting for their fix from my neighbor, all of which has been reported to the Hardin and no action has been taken. On top of the building being unsafe to live in, it’s also rundown. This is a downtown building under 10 years old. It should not be this rundown! Tracy senior apartments. My dad passed away. They wrote the check for the reimbursement of the security deposit to him and charged an extra week rent, when the apartment was vacant the end of the month. They hire inept managers who don’t follow any rules or protocols when dealing with confidential information, mail and move-outs. I feel sorry for the tenants in these facilities run by them.

Apartments are in need of major repair, owner is unresponsive to conditions, & management doesn't care. Every thing from carpet in hallways coming up and creating a trip hazard, since carpet is originally from this was a motel. HVAC units not properly installed, sewer gas comes up through kitchen sink. Club house needs repair, so they decide to just lock it up and tell everyone it is no longer available. Guaranteed rent increase every year, based on Social Security increase, they take it ALL.

This company is the definition of Slumlord. Massive water intrusion into buildings, plumbing that constantly backs up, electrical outlets melting, no smoke detectors, broken fire doors, the list goes on and on.

I have cancer now from living on one of there properties. Asbestos and mold and mites
