CFM Management Services

CFM is not responsive and does not have good customer service. I sold my condo on 11/30 and was charged the condo fee on 12/1. I send them the closing documents and asked them to refund the fee and after getting the runaround for 3 days, someone tells me they can only process the refund on 12/9. It shouldn't take 9 days to refund an incorrect charge. No one seemed concerned or empathetic to the error and there was no sense of urgency to get the issue resolved.

CFM is the property management vendor for a Condo that I own. All I can say is that the property manager onsite is not only belligerent, but ineffective. She's slow to respond to maintenance issues and unbelievably rude. I also witnessed her yelling at one of the elderly residents, which is down right unacceptable. I'm shocked with how it has been allowed to go on. I will continue to raise their rude & ineptness to our HOA board to have this firm replaced.

EXTREMELY poor service from CFM. Thankfully, I have sold my condo and no longer need to worry about CFM and Rosa. My actual condo building staff (e.g. front office, site manager, etc) were incredible, but whoever is actually sitting and responding from CFM is absolutely horrible.

VERY Poor service from this company. Jackie Reynolds will not confirm dock reservation for me even though I've spoke to her and emailed her. She gives excuse after excuse and tells me she will get back to me but she does not. She is rude and talks over you when you try to speak. I am trying to remodel my home and cannot because she won't allow contractors in. Do NOT use this company.

Very poor service. Every time I have tried to pay online, my account has been 'on hold' and when I call to resolve the problem, I am told to send a check in the mail. When I have asked in the past for the materials to sign up for direct debit, they did not send them. They make it very difficult to pay on time, then are not helpful when you call to ask to pay. They offer no added value to building management except to collect checks in this inefficient way.
