Dan was amazing. We used him for our initial new construction inspection and the 11 month warranty inspection. He is so kind and knowledgeable. He was fine taking the time to explain everything to me as he went and helped to quell a lot of the anxiety that comes along with buying a new home. He is very thorough with his inspection and you get the report almost immediately. I cannot recommend him enough!

Dan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly had our best interest in mind while preforming the inspection. He was okay with us being there while he did the inspection, did not get frustrated with any questions we had, and took his time to ensure we understood what was going on. After he was done he took more time to explain his findings, showed us how to read the report, and never once appearedfrustratedor bothered (even though im sure he had more inspections to get too). Would definitely recommend him!

Dan performed a home inspection for us and he was extremely thorough and took the time to explain his findings. He takes photos of everything so there is something to reference in the future. He even came out a second time to verify one of the repairs. Highly recommend using Dan before purchasing your next house!

CHI's Dan Enus was very responsive. I had only a few days to get the inspection done by. He was very accommodating to my schedule and provided a thorough inspection report. His report was detailed and had pictures and great notes to use. A great added feature was a summary report as well to be able to get just the items he highlighted. Also, he uses a rating system to bring focus on critical as well a items that were not critical but a buyer would want to know about. CHI's pricing was competitive.
