Do Not deal with realtor Blanca D. Smith, took advantage of my father and owes my father $1200 for false fees in which he has not seen for 4 years

Century Village is a nice place with security and amenities. HOWEVER, do not use the real estate office on grounds. They handled the sell of my mothers unit and I wish I had done my homework. It was lies, lies, and more lies. After two months I ended up taking my own photos of the unit and giving them to the agent several times before they finally added photos. They made no attempt to show the unit, all the work I did myself and finally lowered the price ridiculously because they had me in a contract to sell for a year. I highly discourage use of their agents, unprofessional, unethical, and after you sign a contract ...just rude and bad people.

A great development to buy a condo.They have alot of fixer uppers that are very cheap. The security is great. They have two guarded gates to get in. Also have their own private security cars driving around all night. Also they have a Volunteer unit of the copd of West Palm Beach that patrols the facility.They have several olympic swimming pool.Indoor heated,a resistance pool and many more. They also have bus service inside and it goes to through the community and to places outside. They also have an awesome clubhouse.They show free movies and have art and crafts and other things to do.

If you have any other alternative,DO NOT USE The Century Village Real Estate agency. They handled the listing of a clean, well maintained condo we own in Century village in a very unprofessional manner for over 13 months,showing the unit a grand total of 2 times.They waited almost a full year to add photos to the listing and when they finally added some pics, they were not even photos of OUR UNIT!!! Furthermore, when we stopped in on more than one occasion to check on the property, we found that both bathrooms were covered in excrement and looked worse than a "dive bar" rest room on a Saturday night. As the real estate agent was the only one that had access to the unit, we could only conclude that our condo was being used for "other" reasons by the agent and/or their "associates." They a
