I know others haven't always had the best experience, and I can't speak on renting an apartment from them because I haven't done it, but I have had a great experience renting my house for a few years now. There were times maintenance was a bit slow, but the office has always been very flexible, understanding, and communicative. I don't want to invalidate anyone else's experience, but this has genuinely been one of my best renting experiences of my adult life. Times are hard for everyone right now, including the staff. Grace goes a long way!
