Century Park Apartments

TURN AROUND DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! I strongly advise NOT moving here. Management rarely answers the phone, and when they do, the help you receive depends on whether the manager, Erika, personally likes you. It’s very clear that favoritism runs deep — most residents are related or close to each other, and they are allowed to do whatever they want, including loud parties at night and drinking glass beer or smoking by the pool with no consequences. Meanwhile, others get violations for small things, like smoking outside or other minor issues. It’s completely unfair and unprofessional. They also try to charge for anything they can!! unless you’re part of their circle. To make things worse, there’s only one entrance, and the gate is almost always broken, which makes the complex feel unsafe and

Omg I just love it here, been here maybe a couple weeks and my experience was everything. Maintaince super quick and dependable. Parking not the best but manageable. New carpet, brand new stove, clean, spacious, great and friendly neighbors, amazing management, Erica and Josie so sweet and kind. Affordable and quiet just what I have been looking for. I would definitely move here and/or recommended a friend. Great community.

I want to thank Jozie, Erika and the maintenance men for their hard work and dedication. I’ve lived here for 2 years and haven’t had any issues. Every time I go to them with any questions or concerns they always handle it in a timely manner. Again thank you all for making me feel welcomed and safe in the community!

“I’ve been living here for about 6 months and it’s been a good experience so far. The location is super convenient for my job, and maintenance is always quick to respond whenever something comes up. The only downside is that parking can get a little tight sometimes, but overall it hasn’t been a big problem. I recently went in for a tour the parking was horrible and dangerous,the office is very ducked off and hard to find .The apartments from the outside looked very rundown on top of all that they have unessessy fees they charge never heard of that before. Apartments being ragady then charging top noch fees for stupid stuff.
