Currently paying $1,000 plus to live with roaches. Pest control takes forever. ProperT Management takes days to respond. 10/10 would not recommend.
Decent price, especially for the location. Cute, industrial units with fairly friendly residents. Management could be more responsive.
Century Parc is amazing! Maintenance is always spot on. And the area is amazing. Let alone the modern design of apartment and high ceilings.
