Century Oaks Apartments

Century Oaks was my first apartment living alone and it's a great apartment to start your journey in. It is a cute and affordable space to settle into and is convenient for shopping/eating locations. Keith was amazing to work with and always got back to me quickly with any needs/questions I had. Maintenace was also great and got to your requests asap. I had no problems living here and only moved out because I needed more space. I also felt safe here as a woman and the staff/community were personable. Definitely recommend!

I lived at Century Oaks apartments for almost 10 years and I can honestly say that it was the best living experience that I have had. Ms. Gail and Keith are the most professional and caring landlords that you can encounter. If there is a maintenance issue it is usually solved within the day.Keith is mostly the on sight manager and is easy to talk to and more than ready to help with any issue that you may have. Century Oaks is well maintained and basically problem free. If a problem arise it is taken care of quickly.. Thank you Keith and Ms. Gail for a wonderful living experience.

Century Oaks Apartment was able to give me what I needed from the apartment. I stayed at this apt for Almost three years. They have a quiet and safe neighborhood.The landlord, Keith and Ms. Gail is really professional and very friendly. They were able to provide help when I needed a handy man to fix something for me. The apartment is also close to food lion and Christmas tree shop and also target, which was great. They also have a great washer and dryer in the office. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and I am thankful that I was able to find this apartment. The apartment is very affordable and it gave me an opportunity to saved money for my dream house. Thank you Century Oaks!

Amazing experience for the year I lived here. The apartment was clean, very well kept when I moved in, and I never had any maintenance issues. I can’t imagine finding another place in Fayetteville so nice for the price they’re asking. Location is amazing and anything you could need is within a few minutes drive. The community is small, quiet, and everyone was polite. The owners are always incredibly friendly and understanding. If you’re looking for a small to mid size apartment you would be lucky to find an opening here.

I just wanted to pay compliments to Gail, Keith, and Lloyd for being great! This is by far the easiest moving experience I have had by far. I am pleased with the convenient location, renovated features, peacefulness, convenient distance from the laundry facility on-site, and the unstinting dedication of Keith, most specifically, in addressing any concerns through text even after hours. I am confident that I am in good hands! The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Neighbors are respectful and private. Any maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
