Overall Satisfaction: Lack of communication, lack of transparency, did not hold up their end of the deal. Lack of Integrity Sales Experience: The Sales Representative was generally caring and friendly, I felt that he did negotiate with the builder and lender on my behalf, but I felt that he could improve on communication regarding the purchase process. Construction Experience: My construction representatives were very friendly and helpful as well as apologetic for my less than stellar experience with purchasing my home. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: My orientation and walkthrough representatives were friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. 11 month walkthrough…. They left my house with 55 patches for nail holes and cracks but no sanding or paint touchups …. Beware when you sign up for purchase
