Century City Medical Plaza Parking

The parking lot is disgusting, there are never any spaces, I don’t recommend parking here. While I was explaining the situation to support, they didn't pick up and hang up. As I understand it, the client is always wrong here.

BEWARE!!! Someone there is using a credit card skimmer on the outside, unattended, payment kiosk. I used my card at only one business yesterday and shortly after it started blowing up with fraudulent charges. Atypically confusing parking structure. Some entrances and exits are reserved for monthly parkers only.

Parking attendants are so rude. All they say is “not my problem” I was parked in handicapped and someone parked over the lines and I couldn’t open my door. They need some manners. This is a medical facility where patients are getting rehabilitated.

LAZPARKING you should train some of your valet attendants to be more courteous. Some of your attendants are arogant.
