Century Avenues

Enjoyed living in an enclosed apartment for almost a year with pool and gym easily accessible. Cameras are everywhere, including garage, which makes safety a top priority. My only complaint is I wish there was no carpet in the hallway (inside); I hope in the future it is replaced with vinyl or laminated flooring; something more durable and holds on to smells less. Otherwise, I’m pleased with the apartments and staff. 1BD/1BA with washer and dryer.

Being that we are already moved in, unpacked. We already love our apartment, and the area. We had to request maintenance on our dryer and within an hour of putting in the request, came and help fix our issue. We love the apartment, office ladies/ gentlemen so far!

If I could rate just the maintenance team I would give them 5 stars because they have been amazing, attentive, and responsive. But the office is awful. I have the loudest, most inconsiderate upstairs neighbors I have ever had in my life. I’m talking stomping at all hours, dropping dirty socks on my patio, spilling beverages on my patio furniture and just zero regard for others. My husband and I have emailed them about this several times with no response or actions taken. For what we pay to live here, it’s ridiculous. If you choose to move in, just don’t expect the office to communicate with you and solve ongoing problems. And definitely don’t expect a peaceful quiet environment.

Wanted to give a special thanks to Century Avenues. I lived there for 5 years and never had an issue with my dwelling. Maintenance was always prompt and precise. And the girls at the front were always so nice and professional. Even tho rent prices are high. I really did enjoy living here.

Love this community, and all that it offers… pool, reck area/clubhouse, also place to workout, or spin class. Love that it has elevators, so that if you live on the top floor it’s not such a hall to bring up groceries or if you have a child or a pup, it’s easy to take down to the park or take the pup to go potty. So far loving it.
