I called this morning and the person who answered the phone with a heavy accent and was extremely rude and unprofessional. This experience makes it hard to trust or want to do business with a company that allows such behavior. I usually don't write negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share this so the owner is aware of who is representing their business over the phone.

This realtor association has to have the most inconsistent and low quality realtors that the AV has to offer. Veronica was representing the buyers in our home sale. They started escrow, got their inspection completed on our home and then ghosted our realtors. We are relocating to Texas and put an offer in on a house out there contingent on our house selling in time and now don't know what to do. This association didn't even have the character to let us know that the buyers backed out. Our realtors even went to the manager of Century 21 and he did not respond. If you want to be taken care of by your realtor, DO NOT go with this association. We now are moving to Texas with our 1 year old son and don't have a home locked in. Shame on these people.

I am reviewing the Real Estate school that they have here. I recently completed my training . I joined their class of April 2019. Trust me , I was very hesitant about doing this class, and wanted to drop out the first day itself. I am glad I didn’t! It turned out to be splendid class. Friendly knowledgeable instructors who hold NOTHING back as they pour their knowledge (and hearts) out and make learning not only easy but very enjoyable too. These teachers are not just plain instructors but vastly successful Realtors! They know what they teach. By the end of the second week when the class folded up, I had made many friends and was sad the class was ending! Yup. It was that good. Thank you Octavio. The realtor was willing to work but didn't know much. I wound up having to pay for most of the home warranty. And she had no interest in showing me any additional homes. I got a bad loan at a very high interest rate using her recommended company.

If I could, I would give negative review--just terrible. Monica Perez not only conducted false advertisement, but also didn't do anything to recover my losses after executed contract and escrow was broken off by a seller. Total lack of professionalism. Do not associate with this establishment.
