They deserve 10 stars ✨ in my opinion. Mr. Dennis Bane has went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect rental property. He's so very caring and compassionate. He's so patient and kind hearted. Thanks to his grace to hold off to allow me time to get what forms I need filled out so that I could secure a safe, clean rental apartment to call home. They are a blessing, I've had such a wonderful experience being able to work with Century 21 and Mr. Dennis Bane. Century 21 has been an absolute God send. His demeanor and peace you feel when speaking and dealing with him is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy or sell a home and or rent an apartment. They are top notch!!

Be very careful. Buying or selling… The offer I submitted and was told accepted was not reflected in the contract. It also was not honored. The inspections were not actually done even though somehow they were said to be done. When I had serious concerns they were not only ignored but somehow closing was “fast tracked” and I was told not to worry; with a VA home loan the house had to meet very strict standards for structural safety and health. When I requested proof that these things were looked into as required this company and their agent immediately lawyered up and had an attorney send me a letter telling me to cease all communication with them. Basically a legal bullying tactic to try and make someone go away without a court order. The end result? See the photos. The estimate to fix

Have not had the opportunity to work with them because I cannot get them to return an email or answer the phone, would be helpful if they could be contacted to answer simple questions about their own listings. Update: my realtor finally got in touch with the agent, and he proceeded to be very rude and abrupt with her. I feel bad for the sellers, hard to get a place sold if the realtor refuses to answer general questions about the property and are rude on top of it all.

Worked with realtor josh Oakley to buy our home, he made the process feel smooth and helped us the whole way through, a few months later we had more questions and not only did he answer the call right away he remembered us and helped us even after we had long closed on our home.
