I’m giving a low rating because it was my first time buying a house and I didn’t get any of the service I was hoping for. They didn’t do anything to make the occasion feel special - no pictures, no closing gift, nothing. It felt very transactional and like it was me guiding myself through the process most of the time. I’d rather have gone with someone who had more of a personal touch, especially for my first home buying experience.
