Kevin Mill was the worst agent i’ve witnessed in my 25 years of being in the real estate industry myself. He had a big game a big talk when he called me to try to list my home believing what he said I’ll let him have the listing. That was the last time I heard from Kevin he did not do one thing that he said he was gonna do I won’t get into the details. He didn’t market my home at all except for the multiple listing system, which I could’ve paid a very minimal amount of money to have a realtor do that. He marked it every home on his Facebook page except for mine. I never got any stats emailed to me until I threaten to cancel the listing and then he was extremely ugly to me, telling me that I owed him money because he took professional pictures and he did this and he did that he did nothing.

We listed a townhouse for sale with a different agency, but we decided we would wait awhile to sell, so we had our agent pull it off the market for us. He did, and then within the following two days we received no less than 15 calls from agents at the Harrelson group asking us why we pulled it, did we want to relist, were we unhappy with our agent, and getting into some personal territory. My husband repeatedly told them to stop calling, and finally had to yell at the last one to get the calls to stop. We didn’t get pestered by any other agency like this - it was ridiculous. I know these folks are trying to make a living, but it almost rose to the level of harassment. BEWARE!! worst experience I’ve Ever had with a real estate agent! Initially, agreed to a certain amount of commission and the commission to the other real estate person that may sell the house. Got an offer, and in the conversation that agreement had jumped 1% without any communication whatsoever The agent was livid stating I had not spoken to her about Expecting my Initial conversation regarding commission. How she was gonna lose money blah blah truthfully went on an angry Dialogue. All the work that she put into the house, ( that’s questionable pictures were taken that was about it) She was like a used car salesman. She wanted me to take the first bid at $17k less. Not very impressed with agency so far. Have house listed with them. Their good at sending you stats that are pretty much useless unless they produce results. So far no results on my listing with them. The realtor takes forever to respond to any questions I have for her. Took the house off the market because they did not seem to be interested in selling my house. I dealt with quite a few reality companies, worst one ever. Do not suggest listing with them.
