Century 21 The Edge

i’ve been living in an apt in midland tx for years and since i’ve moved in our AC has never worked. we’ve had to put our own window units in to keep cool and our own heaters to keep us warm. they make us put work orders for things they are not gonna fix and then blame us. century 21 is the worst property management company. do not come to them. im waiting for my lease to end which i believe they’re just wanting us to leave since they don’t want to spend money to fix anything. if your gonna work with them make sure you know what your getting into. they say they’re going to do ac work to the apt already 3 years and nothing has happened and the accept my rent every month. the worst company i hope yall are proud.

been paying rent $3000 for 12 month with $3000 deposit in midland texas. this management company is not the way to go fellas. please see attach charges they took away from me. spent hours cleaning the house with my friends. I felt rip off, used got charged $1800 for windows i did not know what happen after i moved out. i told them might be the heavy hail we had and they said NO. just stay away from this management company. I have been very disappointed in their lack of service on the property management side. We have had a home listed with them for years and found in a major remodel that we had to pay for repairs that where supposed to be done a couple of tenants back and weren't. One long time tenant said that to fix a draining problem the repair man just drilled a hole in the side of the house and stuck a pipe out to drain. This last tenant gave a 30 day notice and we learned of the mov out after it happened. Very unprofessional and the lack of communication was well under par. Beyond disappointed with this team. Would not recommend them for any property management.

Tina at Century 21 has been our realtor for many years!! The people here are very professional, helpful and friendly!! They do an excellent job for both the buyer and the seller!! Tina especially has worked with us on many projects with great results!! We recommend Century 21 in Midland.
