We had a great experience with Linda. Long before we asked her to rent our house out, Linda shared insightful market information. When it cam time to rent our house out we were out of town and Linda dealt with and arranged all of the trades that were needed to bring the house into perfect condition, she must of made at least ten trips. Also at that time there were other houses for rent even one on the same street but Linda got ours rented out immediately while the other houses remained on the market. Thanks again Linda. Being a first time home buyer the process can be overwhelming to say the least but Heber was amazing!
