Buyer's Beware! This agency is one of the sleaziest and lowest realty agencies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. While Jayson and Tammie both claimed to be working for me, which to quote them "that is why you hire a Realty agency", neither of them, nor anyone on that team had any interest in looking out for my interests as the buyer. From shady negotiations with the Seller (who they also represented) in which they first declined my offer to only then say it was accepted after I asked for confirmation in writing, to trying to delay discussion with the Seller when issues were found in the inspection period until after the Inspection period had closed. Not only that, but they also then strongarmed me into the signing of a release of liability for termination of the contract
