We just purchased our second condo in SC. Huma Jan, our realtor was absolutely amazing! She spent an entire weekend showing us around 28 properties, she also showed us 4 properties on FaceTime because we live about 4 hours away. We trusted her opinion and was able to decide on the perfect property without seeing it in person. She was always accessible anytime of the day, evening or weekend to help with any questions or concerns. She is more of a friend than a realtor, she made the process incredibly easy and I honestly couldn't say enough nice things about her! I also wanted to say that when we sold our previous condo, Lance Stopper was extremely easy to work with, he helped us in so many ways, we can't thank him enough! Great group!
