We had a fabulous experience with Century 21 Southern Idaho Realty. Ernie Thompson guided us through the process step by step and ultimately was able to help us make a much stronger profit on our house sale than we ever could have done on our own or with a less attentive agent. He was consistently available for our many, many questions. We are so grateful we worked with this office and would recommend them to anyone!!

I realized, a few years later that I had forgotten to write this review. I had the pleasure of working with Ernie T. twice and both times he was responsive, professional, and attentive throughout the whole experience. We had reached out to him every time we considered purchasing a new home and he always listened to our needs and tried to help us as best as he could. He is the BEST and I hope others see how amazing he is at what he does. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying or selling their homes.

Bree Hodges was our realtor. She helped us sell 1 house and buy another. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She also was available pretty much night and day to answer questions or give reassurance when we were feeling stressed. We feel like we not only got a new house we made a new friend! I would recommend her to anyone!

Ernie Thompson and his team are incredible. Karla Post was the most patient human alive holding my hand through the purchase of my building at 290 N. Main Street in downtown Mountain Home. It was my first commercial purchase and it took 3 months to complete and Karla never lost her cool even though I'm sure I was exasperating. I asked a million questions, called a million times and she was practically my therapist a few times. After the purchase, Ernie has become someone I would call my friend. He visits me on a regular basis, gives me great advice, supports my business. He is so experienced in all things business and doesn't hesitate to share his wisdom. I'm so grateful for these folks. They've been a part of helping to make my dreams come true.

I have to say that I was so worried that I was going over my head when my fiance and I were looking a purchasing a house. Thank the heavens that Beverly Hodges was there to save the day. I never knew someone would be so compassionate with her clients! She always kept us very informed and was extremely honest with us and told us if there was anything that we need to be aware of the process before, during, and after. I can now say that my fiance and I are homeowners!!! Thank you Beverly and Century 21 for helping me and my small family grow!
