Buying our new home on Secord Lake through Mathew Sawaya and Century 21 Signature Realty was a real delight. Since my husband and I live in Virginia, we blindly bought our new home without stepping foot in it. Mathew dedicated a great deal of time to helping us through the process and without delay. It was a privilege to finally meet his friendly face in person at the signing event. Sometimes a process like this can be extremely stressful but Mathew kept us up to date with all the information we asked for in a timely manner. No surprises. The final process of switching the title at Century 21 Signature Realty office in Clare went flawlessly. Special thanks to Ann. Again I would like to state that this home buy couldn’t have gone any better. Thanks to everyone that was involved.

New to the area and bought a house in Coleman. Not at all impressed with the selling agent in the Century 21 office. Wanted to meet with the owners to go over some questions and ask if there was anything we needed to repair or watch. We were told all is good and we waived inspections. Not a good idea we have found. Broken sewer pipe, leaking sink drain, faulty toilet, smell of smoke that we cannot get out no matter how much cleaning and steam cleaning. Plumbers and carpet cleaners don’t come cheap these days. New carpet, doors, trim, and toilet needed in the very near future. Please have just a little integrity and honesty moving forward. I would not recommend using this agency and I personally will never use them in the future.

Robin Witkowski is an excellent realtor. She not only made the sale of my home go smoothly for top dollar; but also helped me to find a new home in a timely manner. She answered my questions and responded quickly. She is a personable and trustworthy lady!

We count ourselves highly privileged to be surrounded with such great realtor staff. The house and yard have been well built and maintained. Somebody did a professional job of having the house thoroughly cleaned and polished. We marvel at the great good fortune of being in such a lovely neighborhood. Not to mention the amazingly close proximity to all the new businesses in town. Certainly not least among the many awesome blessings of this location, we are just a hop off of the four-lane highway that goes east/west north and south. Of course we are truly thrilled with the large placid lake and the large flocks of beautiful birds that congregate there as well. Once again, a hearty shout out to the awesome realtors who are highly professional and super awesome to work with!!!!
