So they hide a rental agent in the back of the building. It’s called legacy rental management. Do not rent from these people. They’re so shady that they hide their ability to be reviewed so the only way I could do anything is by doing it to this site. I went six months with windows that were missing glass. they have still yet to fix a hole much other issues in the house. They’re only concerned about getting the rent check every month.

Lori Mallas purposely wasted my time on a home process with extended time with a lender she wanted me to work with after I already had my own lender. Lender purposely wasted time by not informing correctly about the credit bureau have an a student loan effect after knowing since November and led us to believe we will close and extended our hom enjoying process. Thank God the payments they wanted me to pay in debt weren't paid because money just kept flying out of my account with 0% Chance of closing and they both knew that. Scamming realtors and lenders are real. Money makes people do weird things like set you back with a family and all and blame you for not listening to their advice when they were never honest from the start.

Get 2 stars because my house closing actually did happen. I was told a definite closing date, so went and rented an apartment. Ended up paying for both for almost a year. Had definite closings scheduled with 4 different buyers. All fell through for various reasons not on my end. All except the last one. However we did not keep any deposits. Seems strange and I’m not sure I believe that’s true. My Realator gets all kinds of awards but I personally was not satisfied

Our home sold after about 3 months on the market by a non listing agent. We were told it would sell in about a week. Disappointed that Century21 office had less showings than the non listing agents. Disappointed that in a buyers market Cebtury21 did not have a better clientele to sell at a more acceptable price. Had to settle on a less desirable price in order to cut our costs for maintaining the home as we moved out after listing. Communication was good but had to keep on top to get updates. Agent posted our closing without our permission on Facebook referencing our street address. It was taken down by our request.

Sue Lare is awesome and really cares about her clients needs. If you are looking for property she takes time to get you the best price and property available. I will definitely be a client for life I know time is valuable to me and she took time to find the right home. She knows the business and takes good care of her clients.
