In software development, there is the term MVP. This means Minimum Viable Product. It’s software that does as little as it can to perform. Ereny Saad Gaied, is truly an MVP. I applied to lease a home she was representing. The rent was 1/3 of my monthly gross income. She was unconvinced of my income, flatly rejecting my application. But wait, I filled out the Lease Application that required my employer contact information. Surely a short call with them would provide verification of my $6000 per month income? Gaied would perform due diligence. No, Ereny Saad Gaied could not be bothered to verify my income by calling my employer. Beyond skimming my documents, I don’t think she did anything.
