Avoid renting any property managed by this company! Their agents could care less about you/ Your family - Only their pockets. They are very unresponsive and unhelpful, Anything from simple requests to maintenance request. Mariah was by far the absolute worst, didn’t listen and could not answer any of my simple questions regarding the property. We soon quickly understood that that’s the case for all of their employees. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Century 21 has done a great job. We had a couple of other management companies that didn't really do anything to make my place better when thing weren't working so great. Century 21 took over and came in and fixed everything that needed fixed. They truly stepped up and everything is great. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Worst property management. I have wonderful rental history and great credit... I gave Jennifer Washam a call 3 weeks ago about a rental, and never received a call back. My mom then proceeded to leave a message to and never received a call back. So we decided to apply for the retal anyways. After providing everything that was needed from rental history to pay stubs. Mind you with all are income combined we make well over 3 times the rent. We were denied because Jennifer stated she couldn't verify my rental history, and we had one person over, which happened to be my 2 week old baby boy. So she was basically saying that my 2 week old baby the one person over was a deal breaker.
