I approached Don Hansen in 2024 to ask for his suggestions on how to prepare my house for the eventual sale, and I couldn't be happier about my decision. Don has been very professional and thorough, and also very flexible to accomondate the special needs in our family. He even helped me to fix the problems caused by the movers. I followed his suggestions and marketing plan. Only a week after our house was listed, we received an offer! Then the house was sold within two months. Our family no longer lives in New Jersey, but I will not hesitate to tell anyone who's within Don's territory to seek his help for their real estate needs. Don's knowledge and experience will prove indispensable for them.

Don Hansen has many years of experience behind him and it shows. He was able to fairly price my property, keep my needs in mind and sell my house within my expected timeline. He was always the professional.

We attended an open house that Mr. Hansen was hosting. He was aloof and distant when we walked in. When we asked some questions, it was like we were bothering him. Uhmm isn't that what the listing agent is there for at an open house.... to answer questions. I would not recommend him.

Jim Mulvey is hands down the best realtor on the planet. I can't begin to describe how many ways he bent over backwards to help my family move from CT to NJ. He routinely dropped everything to accommodate last minute showings, responded to tons of questions from out-of-staters at all hours of the day, pulled zoning laws on more than one occasion, helped navigate a number of questionable seller tactics, found contractors to line up home improvements immediately after closing, etc. (the list goes on and on). Not only this, but he really had our best interests as buyers in mind (believe me I'm a skeptical person too). Jim Mulvey is absolutely a class act and has my business for life.
